Kye Simpson, Senior Physiotherapist, Director, Streamline Physiotherapy

  • Kye grew up on the South Coast of NSW, enjoying surfing, running, swimming and playing state and national representative junior soccer. He then spent over 5 years in the Australian Army, where he developed a real passion for physical performance and mental strength at the highest level.

    He has extensive experience across strength and conditioning, HIIT training and endurance events including triathlon and ultra endurance running.

    Having now settled in the northern suburbs of the Illawarra, you will find Kye by the beach with his young family, enjoying triathlons and pushing his endurance abilities.

    Clinical interest areas

    Kye has a keen interest in lower back and lower limb sprains, strains, fractures and tendinopathies, as well as exercise programming and prescription for optimal health, function and performance.

  • Julia is an extremely thorough, dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist, with a deep passion for guiding people through the injury process, helping them move better, feel stronger and return to the activities they love.

    With professional Physiotherapy experience across both the private sector and hospital system, Julia brings a deep understanding of the recovery journey at every stage. She takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to care, combing her clinical expertise with a love of active living to empower each client to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

    Julia is an avid explorer who has travelled the world and surfed some epic breaks, giving her a calm, humble and empathetic perspective which she tailors individually to her clients.

  • Balin is a motivated physiotherapist with a strong passion for sport, performance and helping people of all ages and activity levels achieve their goals and return to an active lifestyle with confidence. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Canberra and has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.

    Balin brings an extensive sporting background in swimming, surf lifesaving and hockey, which has shaped his approach to injury management and rehabilitation. His firsthand experience with training, competition and injury, allows him to understand the physical and mental demands faced by active individuals and athletes alike.

    He has a particular interest in sporting injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation, taking a personalised and evidence-based approach to support safe recovery and a confident return to sport and physical activity.

    Outside the clinic, you will find Balin staying active at the beach, hiking, running or on the hockey field.

    Currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science at university, Skye has a strong interest in health, movement and performance. With a passion for boxing, training at the gym and wellness, she enjoys being part of an environment that helps people move better and feel their best.

    Outside the clinic, Skye loves staying active and embracing adventure. Whether she’s training, exploring a different coast line or trying something new, she’s always up for a challenge.

  • Bringing youthful enthusiasm and warm energy to the clinic, Sienna helps keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes while being the friendly face that greets you at the front desk.

    A keen triathlete, her passion for health and performance extends beyond competition — she is currently in her second year of university studying Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, with a strong interest in injury prevention and optimising performance.

    With her genuine care for people and understanding of the active lifestyle many of our clients lead, Sienna is committed to ensuring every visit to Streamline is welcoming, organised and positive from the moment you walk through the door.

  • Chelsea brings a strong background in customer service and administration to her role as Clinic Manager at Streamline Physiotherapy & Performance Coaching. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. 

    Chelsea loves being part of a team dedicated to helping people move and feel their best.

    Beyond the clinic, she loves staying active with coastal runs and making memories with her young family.
